The Cold Hammer Hungry Bear

At Cold Hammer R&D, we're big fans of problem solving, hard work, and freedom of speech. We love the Scientific Method and the First Amendment of the United States Constitution—these are critical to ensuring that the fundamental advancement of science, and the dissemination of human knowledge, continue without hindrance or groupthink. Needless to say, we're not fans of censorship nor scientific elitism—this silly garbage belongs in the garbage can. 😂

In science, it is known that a hypothesis is considered valid if it testable and falsifiable. A valid hypothesis:

  • Can be potentially proven wrong through experimentation and observation.
  • Is able to be supported or refuted by evidence gathered via the Scientific Method.

The act of proposing a new valid hypothesis and developing a theory that may explain, connect and/or reveal existing experimental evidence in new (and relatively simple) ways is a core exercise of the Scientific Method. It's Occam's razor, bro. Indeed, such exercise is critical to the fundamental advancement of science and the dissemination of human knowledge. Therefore, the valid hypotheses and results of such exercise should not be forbidden by censorship nor scientific elitism. We have battled some of this silly garbage on and off for years: don't attack the idea, attack the man with the idea. Well, show us the evidence, bro, and let's collaborate instead!

Richard Feynman said it well: "Science is the belief in the ignorance of experts." Rich knew how to play ball. 🏀🚀😂

So yes, at Cold Hammer R&D we focus on science and results. We exercise the Scientific Method and enjoy collaborating with friends and colleagues around the world. After pausing in 2017 for 8 years due to important life events, we founded this site in 2025 and we're back in action. (Well, at least in "late night hobby mode".) Get your game face on, gas up the starship, and let's get some work done. 😎👍
